Role Overview

K & C Construction Limited is a leading construction company in Wales and the North West, with its Head Office located in St Asaph.

The role of Contracts Manager is based at our office in St Asaph, where you will work on various projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  3. Analyse contract data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract documents.
