**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Contract Administrator** to join our dynamic rail team. As Contract Administrator you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all contractual agreements within our rail projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Contract Management**: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to rail projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- ** Contract Compliance**: Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and deadlines. Address discrepancies and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties involved.
- ** Risk Mitigation**: Identify and assess potential risks within contracts, proactively implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize favourable outcomes.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain strong working relationships, clarify contract terms, and resolve disputes or issues that arise during project execution.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of contracts, modifications, correspondence, and other relevant documentation. Generate reports on contract status, milestones, and performance metrics as required.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the contract administration process.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in contract administration, preferably within the rail or transportation industry.
- Understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and contract management principles desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software such as T/A systems and MS Office Suite, we use Timegate.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with rail industry regulations and standards is a plus.
