A well-established volume house builder based near Bury St Edmunds are seeking a Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee exciting residential projects while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site activities and manage day-to-day operations.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour teams.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor progress against the project plan and report on performance.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction sector.
* Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
