Deliveries and Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Track daily truck deliveries and reconcile them against weighbridge tickets and delivery notes.
Prepare daily stock position reports to ensure accurate inventory management.
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including registering incoming purchase invoices and raising sales invoices.
Process weekly stock and payments reconciliation for efficient financial management.
Maintain an updated stock position to facilitate streamlined operations.
Communicate effectively with external parties, such as financing partners, delivery sites, and suppliers.Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience with invoicing and bookkeeping.
Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working independently and under time pressure.
