Quantity Surveyor Vacancy
Location - Jarrow / Swadlincote
Salary - £60,000 DOE
Ref - QSJRS
We have new opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in either Jarrow or Swadlincote. Our client is a well-known construction company that specialises in foundation engineering. Due to commercial growth they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their high performing team. The Quantity Surveyor for this position will be overseeing on-going projects in the North East of the country and has the options to be based in either Jarrow or Swadlincote

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities -
- You will be tasked with preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary paperwork. Analyzing and evaluating contractor and subcontractor tenders.
- Ensuring clients expectations are set and met.
- Adhearing to deadlines and overseeing some large projects.
- Site visits to various clients across the UK when needed.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with local and national laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements -
- 2+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- A background in foundation engineering would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving License.
