Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Sales Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconciling accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with financial reporting and provide support during audits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
Managing data on systems, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.Requirements:
Experience in a finance role.
Experience within an educational establishment (preferred).
Strong understanding of sales ledger processes and financial principles.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office packages (Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday- 8.30am to 5pm
Friday- 8.30am to 4.30pm
(1 hour Lunch Break)
Hourly pay: £13/£14ph dependent on experience
