Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years practice experience in a dementia care community is essential for this role.

Post registration experience of working with people with dementia.

Experience of completing holistic nursing assessments.

Experience of working as an autonomous practitioner.

Ability to operate effectively within a constantly developing relationship with key stakeholders and associated agencies.

Ability to build constructive relationships with warmth and empathy.

Evidence of continued professional development.
