What You Will Do:

* Lead Product Evolution: Take charge of the lifecycle management of the existing products, integrating customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and fill market gaps.

* Strategic Market Insights: Conduct thorough market assessments and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities for expansion in international markets.

* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and roll out innovative products, focusing on alternative packaging solutions that meet customer needs.

* Develop Compelling Strategies: Define pricing and market positioning strategies while crafting a compelling product vision that resonates with our customers, for multiple global territories.

* Drive Launch Success: Create structured go-to-market plans that ensure successful product launches, backed by comprehensive training and sales support for both teams and customers.

Who You Are:

* You have experience in managing regulated medical products, with a deep understanding of both UK and, ideally, international healthcare markets.

* Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to lead decision-making across multiple departments effectively.

* You possess a dynamic, driven attitude while fostering inclusivity and openness within your team.

* With excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity, you can translate market trends into actionable development requirements.
