- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the electrical and automation teams, managing resource allocation, project timelines, and quality deliverables.
- Team Development: Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for your departments, ensuring your teams are equipped to meet industry demands.
- Continuous Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, championing innovation in engineering processes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Budget Management: Full budgetary control across both departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial scope.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as an Automation Operations Manager, with a background in both automation and electrical engineering.
- A strong technical foundation in control systems, electrical engineering, or automation software (Siemens experience beneficial).
- Experience in industries such as brewing, pharmaceuticals, food, or FMCG is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker who can align technical operations with wider business objectives.
- Strong project delivery experience is essential.
