Are you a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the Utilities industry, is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their evolving and forward-thinking team.

As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Category Managers and collaborating with a team of talented professionals. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to cutting-edge procurement practises and the chance to make a significant impact on our client's buying system.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary interface between Category Managers and business buyers, ensuring effective communication
Responsibly handle email and system queries, promptly routing them to the appropriate team members while tracking responses
Lead weekly triage calls to address outstanding queries, allowing for timely resolutions
Review and address purchase order queries or issues to maintain smooth operations
Update relevant fields in the buying system, working closely with buyers to ensure accuracy
Investigate and resolve queries within the buying systems on behalf of users, demonstrating strong problem-solving skillsWhat we're looking for:
