Description

Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with various teams to identify and address areas for improvement
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management
Provide training and guidance to staff on CI practices
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the companyProfile

A successful CI Manager should have:

An academic background in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
