Job Title: Finance Manager

Dot Recruit is partnering with a leading construction group to find a talented Finance Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and contribute to the company's growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts
  • Analyze weekly wage data and ensure timely payments
  • Oversee standard recharges and intercompany reconciliations
  • Prepare P11D forms and ensure VAT compliance
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and accruals/prepayments
  • Lead CIS processes and ensure correct deductions, reporting, and compliance
  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure accurate stock adjustments and valuations
  • Contribute to financial analysis and forecasting for strategic decision-making
  • Lead finance improvement projects and track progress
Requirements:
  • Fully or near-qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or QBE with extensive experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Prior CIS experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ambitious and eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic company
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to accuracy and continuous improvement
The Package:
  • Competitive salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Annual bonus
  • Pension (6%)
