We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial operations at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and supporting the overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage tax compliance and reporting activities
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team member
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems
  • CPA, CMA, or similar certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • Salary of Circa £45k – Fixed Term Contract (negotiable)
