Job Title: CI Manager

We are seeking a skilled CI Manager to enhance efficiency and streamline operations within our Engineering & Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing industries and possess excellent project management skills.

About the Role
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on CI practices
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Requirements
  • An academic background in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
