Job Title: Finance Manager

Dot Recruit is partnering with a leading construction group to find a talented Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and contribute to the company's growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze weekly wage data to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee standard recharges and intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare P11D forms and VAT returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Manage accruals and prepayments to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee CIS processes to ensure correct deductions, reporting, and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure accurate stock adjustments and valuations.
  • Contribute to financial analysis and forecasting for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead finance improvement projects to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fully or near-qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), or QBE with extensive experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Prior CIS experience.
  • Construction industry experience is preferred, though not essential.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, growth-focused company.
  • Strong financial acumen, with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement.
The Package:
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Pension (6%).
