Description
Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office.
Greets visitors, making them feel welcome and ensuring they are looked after throughout the duration of their visit.
Responsible for the smooth flow of deliveries both in and out of the office, ensuring effective distribution, ensure deliveries are safe and secured and do not present tripping hazards.
Monitor and oversee the level of service provided by the cleaning contractors.
Ensure adequate stock levels of housekeeping materials (office, kitchen, loo and first) are maintained.
Organise lunches, and refreshments for management committee and external meetings as requested
Ensure the office and meeting rooms are always clean, tidy and well presented.
Conduct regular floor walks to ensure no safety hazards and kitchens are well stocked.
Review all invoices, raise PO's and claim expenses monthly.
Ad hoc tasks/projects in line with reasonable management instruction.
Support the EAs with events and as requested.
Work collaboratively with IT team to ensure the site is well run in terms of IT needs identifying any ongoing issues and support the resolution.
Continuous improvement of the office environment, enhancing processes, communicating to employees and driving excellence.Profile

Must be commutable to the office in Cambridge via public transport or car
Experience working in the Fashion / Beauty industry is a bonus but not essential
