As the HR Coordinator you will provide a comprehensive service, implement best practice and maintain key processes & procedures across the group.
What you will be doing:
* Monitor the the HR email inbox and respond accordingly to any employee queries in a timely manner.
* Assisting with employee engagement, employee relations and D&I initiatives.
* Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that be implemented.
* Conduct exit interviews and advising our senior leadership team on corrective action and continuous improvement.
* Attend grievance/capability/disciplinary meetings
* Participate and collaborate with our various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives.
* Reviewing and refining HR policies where necessary
Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience within HR either as a HR Coordinator or at a similar level.
* Proficient with MS Office
* Willing to travel when required
