As the HR Business Partner for Operations, you will be instrumental in promoting a people-first culture. Key responsibilities include:
Building Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with Operations and Support teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives and core values.
Advocating the People Agenda: Collaborate with senior leadership and coach managers to ensure consistent, fair application of HR policies that support effective people management.
Engaging and Empowering the Workforce: Act as the HR advisor, providing expertise on complex employee relations, talent development, and engagement strategies.
Leading Change Initiatives: Drive strategic, people-cantered change initiatives to support organizational resilience and risk management.
Driving Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to assess and refine HR practices, identifying improvement areas to guide impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into innovative, result-oriented HR solutions
Lead talent development and succession planning to ensure future workforce preparedness
Manage reward and performance appraisal cycles
Provide expert coaching for effective people management, risk assessment, and decision-making support
