Our Client has a requirement for a Project HSE Engineer, who will be required to work on a contract basis (Outside IR35) in Kingston.

Role Purpose:

Ensure that all project engineering and operational activities adhere to Client HSE Requirements, HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, and international standards (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
Participate in accident and incident investigations.
Engage in HSE Risk Management activities.
Job Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Project HSE plans and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and conduct HSE audits and reviews for the project team and subcontracted activities.
Assist project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process, including HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, and Risk Assessment.
Document project-specific environmental aspects and impacts, along with related management measures.
Liaise with vessel HSE personnel to ensure compliance and safety.
Provide HSE support and advice to vessel management and HSE personnel.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Relevant experience in HSE roles, particularly within the engineering and construction sectors.
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
