The company:
A well-established leading global manufacturer with headquarters in the UK and offices across the US, South Africa, Australia, China, and Germany, providing product support and efficient delivery to a worldwide distribution network.
Main duties:
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing sales support while maintaining accurate CRM records
The role:
- Manage existing and potential customer portfolios, driving new business opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support and expand dealer relationships
- Provide sales support to business development and external sales teams
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s product catalogue
The candidate:
- Fluent in either French, German, Spanish or Italian (written and spoken)
- Experience in inside sales or export environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
The salary: Up to £30,000 plus £4,000 Bonus
