Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the marketing and sales of new residential developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and team members.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in residential property management, with a preference for those with new homes experience.
- Strong understanding of the property market in East Kent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
