Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Faversham (Commutable from surrounding areas)
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join a well-established care provider specializing in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained, and contributing to the ongoing success of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, with experience in budget management, staff training, recruitment, business development, and performance monitoring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
