Home Care Operations Manager

At Olive Jobs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services. As a Home Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that all care services are delivered to the highest standard. This involves managing a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, with support from head office teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Registered Manager (RM) in domiciliary/home care, with a focus on elderly care. They will possess strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on compliance, quality, and staff training. The successful candidate will also have NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care and experience in managing service provision within the care industry.
