Care Home Manager in Dementia Care

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team at a leading nationwide provider, specialising in high-quality Dementia care.
The home is located near Faversham in Kent, and this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a service that prides itself on providing exceptional care to residents.
About the Role
- Oversight of the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
- Leadership, management, and inspiration of a team of staff to achieve excellent care outcomes for residents.
- Maintenance of a person-centred approach to care in line with regulatory standards and policies.
- Ensuring the home meets CQC standards, consistently delivering positive outcomes.
- Collaboration with families, external partners, and healthcare professionals to ensure collaborative care planning.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of Dementia care and its complexities.
- Proven experience in Registered Management within a care home setting.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements.
- A proven track record of maintaining a Good CQC rating (preferable but not essential).
What We Offer
