Overview
This post is for an Autism and Learning Disabilities Keyworker who have complex needs.

Job responsibilities

Working with a small caseload of children and young people and their families, supporting them in building resilience and navigate and challenge the local system.
Facilitate person-centred care and timely support and interventions
Carry out initial assessments with CYP to understand what support is required and assess and review the needs of CYP on a regular basis and monitor their progress to gauge ongoing support requirements and address any challenges
To attend and contribute to community and inpatient care and treatment reviewsRequirements

Professional registration ideally within CAMHS remit such as: Social Worker, Nurse, Teacher, Therapist or significant experience working with children and young people with additional needs
Enhanced DBS - Children and adults
