Site Supervisor

Location: West London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a skilled workforce, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

* Administration: Handle key documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks. Approximately 75% of your role will be desk-based.

* Problem-Solving: Take a hands-on approach to resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations.

* Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

* Mechanical Expertise: A strong bias towards mechanical skills is preferred.

* Administrative Prowess: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* People Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

* AP Tickets: (Appointed Person) are a big advantage
