24-7 People Solutions are recruiting for Business Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Walsall.
JOB SUMMARY:
The role is to support the main business function with focus within the production and quality departments within the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Raising purchase orders
* Booking in of deliveries
* Scanning and attaching documents for traceability
* Issuing of labels
•Contacting suppliers to monitor on time in full supply
* Attaching certificate of conformity to inwards deliveries
* Telephone call handling
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Good manners and clear communication skills
* Excellent time keeping
* Punctual and presentable
* Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft office package
* Self-motivated
* Keen to work and learn
Please note :The role will be a 50/50 split between being based in the office and factory floor.
