We are currently recruiting for an exciting HR Administrator position to provide HR Admin & Recruitment support to the HR lead for a School in Bradford. The contract is likely to be long term to cover a period of staff sickness in the team.
Your new role
Key duties include:

Onboarding new staff
Following strict compliance/onboarding processes
DBS checks/background checks on new staff members
Requesting and obtaining references
Recording staff absences
General HR Administration support to the HR ManagerWhat you'll need to succeed

Must have previous HR Administration experience
Experience of working in a HR environment within an education setting is desirable but not essential for this role
A CIPD qualification is also desirable.What you need to do now
