This is a tremendous opportunity to join the security team at a client site in Crawley. We are seeking a people focused Security Supervisor to oversee a professional security team at a secure location. Applicants must have strong supervisory experience with the ability to oversee a large team of security officers.

Applicants must be:

* SIA licensed (frontline)

* Have strong supervisory experience

* Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends: 4 days (Apply online only)), 4 off, 4 nights (Apply online only)), 4 off.

Duties:

* Supervise a large team of Security Officers and ensure a customer focused service is maintained at all times

* Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions

* Assist with rostering of Security Officers

* Provide training and guidance to Security Officers

* Manage the provision of CCTV and access control systems

* Work closely with the Security Management team

* Effectively deal with all incidents falling within the security remit and to effectively report all incidents to the relevant authority.

* Maintain a log of all incidents and any other records that may be required by the client.

* Identify suspicious persons and actions and report such circumstances.
