As a **Catering Supervisor **at Sodexo in** **Hurst College,** you are the face of the service operation. This role includes the preparation and serving of our various menus and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. **What you’ll do**:

- To ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures
- To undertake the monitoring of quality control systems e.g. temperatures, job sign off sheets
- To ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food is to the notified standard.
- To ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefing
- To implement cleaning schedules to agreed standards
- To ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company image
- To ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practices
- Interacts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areas

- Experience with working within team with supervisory experience

Package Description
- up to £13.20 per hour
- 44 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (9.30am - 7.30pm and 6.30am - 3.00pm)
- Full uniform supplied
- Meals whilst on shift
- Use of school gym and swimming pool times as arranged by the school
- Annual leave April - March, 20 days per calendar year which increases with
