We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Assistant to provide lunchtime cover at our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our students during lunchtime.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise students during lunch breaks.
- Ensure a safe and positive atmosphere.
- Assist with any needs or concerns that arise during lunchtime.
- Promote positive behavior and interaction among students.

**Requirements:**
- Must live in the LA1 2DU area or extremely close, due to the hours.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
