**Job Title: Welfare Assistant Lunchtime Cover**

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Assistant to provide lunchtime cover at our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our students during lunchtime.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise students during lunch breaks
  • Ensure a safe and positive atmosphere
  • Assist with any needs or concerns that arise during lunchtime
  • Promote positive behavior and interaction among students

**Requirements:**

  • Must live in the local area or extremely close, due to the hours
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
