ADHOC Cover Supervisor Role

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to provide essential support to schools in the Lancaster area, ensuring that learning continues uninterrupted even when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the absence of their regular teachers, following pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Deliver instructions and manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain on task and focused on their studies.
  • Provide support to students by answering questions and facilitating their understanding of the subject matter.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid working permit or visa (if applicable) and eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
