We're looking for a dedicated and eager full time teaching assistant to join the team at a school in Dagenham. For those who are enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and growth, this is a fantastic opportunity.

About the role

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons.
Providing individual or small group support to students who need extra help with their work.
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and resources.
Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
Monitoring and recording student progress, reporting observations to teachers.
Assisting with the planning and implementation of learning activities.
Supporting students with additional learning needs or English as a second language (ESL), if applicable.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Full Time Teaching Assistant you will:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A current Enhanced DBS check or the willingness to undertake one.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or childcare setting
