Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled teaching assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Hartley. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with ASD and other learning disabilities, and be able to provide individualised support to meet their unique needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
- Assisting with educational activities, including lessons and workshops
- Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
