Job Title: Lead Health & Safety / Fire Risk Consultant
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary/Benefits: £33k - £60k

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Health & Safety / Fire Risk Consultant, to cover new contracts within the South East and M25. You must have a proactive approach in remaining up-to-date with industry guidelines as well as a personable manner when conversing and liaising with clients. Our Client is a well-regarded Health & Safety outfit with a positive and professional ethos, who can offer competitive salaries and packages. Ideally, you will be based in the following locations: Enfield, Chigwell, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Potters Bar, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon, Rainham, Grays, Erith, Dartford, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Mitcham, Sutton, Caterham, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Woking, Slough.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have excellent hands-on experience as a Health & Safety / Fire Risk Consultant
- Will be qualified with the Level 4 in Fire Risk Assessing
- Applicants will have the NEBOSH Fire Certificate
- Will ideally hold the CMIOSH
- Well-rounded knowledge of industry guidelines and keeping up to date with updates and changes
- Proficient with IT software
- Strong written ability

The Role:
- Attending a range of Client sites to conduct assessments, including type 1 & 3 Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety
- Producing detailed and well-written technical reports for Clients, outlining findings and recommendations
- Conducting site audits
- Training new Fire Risk Assessors and Health & Safety Assessors
- Reviewing systems to ensure they remain compliant and updated with regulations
- Conducting Health & Safety training on-site for Clients
- Maintaining high levels of customer service across client contracts through effective communication
- Working closely with the operations and administrative teams so successfully deliver services
- Providing constructive and thorough technical advice to Clients
- Working within agreed deadlines and targets
