Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice: Provide direct patient care, including assessing medication needs, developing treatment plans, and dispensing medications safely and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate pharmacy teams, including pharmacy technicians, students, and volunteers, to achieve high-quality patient care and seamless operations.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or BS Pharmacy Degree with two years of clinical experience or completion of an accredited clinical residency program.
  • North Carolina Pharmacist License: Required for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $130,000 - 160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
