CMD Recruitment is proud to be supporting this global business that is a market leader in their field-now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their established team, where you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
The role:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers
Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Manage order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Liaise with operations and customer service teams for seamless account management
Confidently present new products and collections to buyers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targetsAbout you:
Previous experience in a similar position
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A target-driven and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and CRM systemsHours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week). This job is 100% office based.
