The role of Key Account Specialist at New Resource Group involves working closely with clients to understand and manage their needs and expectations. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts across the UK, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will be expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-centric approach with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results. You will also need to have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like lookups and pivot tables, as well as experience with CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts across the UK
* Ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
* Work closely with clients to understand and manage their needs and expectations
* Produce and update regular reports on customer status and order progress
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company's CRM system

Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with CRM software
