Administrator - Northampton - Term time only - 40 weeks a year.

Pertemps is supporting a local Public Sector client who is seeking to appoint an Administrator within their Safeguarding team.

Hours: Mon- Fri 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm

Contract: Term time (40 weeks per year).

Salary: £19.305 (pro rata to £22,308 per year)

Duties:

- To provide a professional and efficient administration service for the support team.
- To provide initial support to others with signposting to appropriate support
- To assist with administration for the Support team, including maintaining and tracking documentation and preparing relevant forms
- To complete the compliance and enrolment for new starters
- To complete administrative tasks related to the safeguarding system to include the collation and preparation of data.
- To liaise with clients to obtain safeguarding files and to transfer relevant information to the safeguarding system
- To arrange and take part in meetings

Requirements:

- Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
- Experience of working as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use the range of Microsoft packages
