L - School Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced School Administrator to join our dedicated team . The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment and be proficient in using school management software such as SIMS or Arbor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
Manage student records, attendance, and general enquiries.
Coordinate communication between staff, students, and parents.
Maintain and update school databases (SIMS/Arbor).
Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a school administrative role.
Proficiency in using SIMS or Arbor school management software.
Must hold an up-to-date DBS check on the Update Service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to commit to both short and long-term contracts.
