About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Mentor to join our schools in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will work closely with students to support their emotional, social, and behavioral development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioral challenges.

* Develop and implement behavior management strategies to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.

* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.

* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.

* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

* Help students develop coping strategies, social skills, and emotional resilience.

* Encourage positive behavior and promote the school’s values and ethos.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.

* Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
