Job Description

LFS Fire and Maintenance is currently seeking a flexible & reliable Administrator to work across our Fleet and Accounts department.

This is a a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our rapidly expanding company where secure employment and opportunities for progression are readily available.

* Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm hours.

Core duties: You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting the administrator duties across the Fleet and Accounts teams.

* Managing filing systems and accurate records of all documentations regarding worker / sub-contractor certificates and H&S records.

* Ownership of booking all appointments for MOT’s, services

* Liaising with Customers, Suppliers and Contractors over telephone and email.

* Assisting our Accounts department with their Accounts processes including data entry on our systems and databased.
