Based at **Darwen**, Blackburn

We currently have a newly created opportunity for a Product Administrator to join our team, responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties to assist our Architect and Design Department relating to coordination, communications, and document management.
**The key responsibilities include**:
- Responsible for day to day administrative tasks to do with products (new and existing).
- Complete training documentation (Standard Operating Procedures) for new and existing products.
- Maintain and organise files and documentation.
- Handle varied assignments in the Design department by maintaining spreadsheets and word documents.
- Helping out with other departments (Production and Standards) and assisting with their administrative needs if necessary.
- To help compile product information.
- Complete general administration duties in line with company policies and procedures.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and highly proficient written skills.
- Strong desire to get the job done.
- Ability to work to set deadlines.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
**Working Hours**:Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pM/Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm
(We would consider part-time hours)
