We are pioneering the education of Trades & Construction business owners and have developed a wide range of impact events, training courses, and 1-2-1 mentoring programs to transform their businesses and successfully blow up their revenues.
The Role:
* Joining our Client Success Team, you will engage daily with qualified, inbound HOT leads to ensure that all new customers are booked onto our showcase events and consultation appointments.
* Cultivate and nurture strong lifetime customer relationships throughout the customer journey.
* Master our approach to customer acquisition, consistently closing deals and surpassing daily call and close targets.
* Proactively seek to optimise opportunities to work with new customers across all our lead-generating channels.
* Develop positive relationships with businesses, understanding their needs and aligning them to our events and products.
* Exploit our industry-leading employee training to level-up your sales performance.
