Our client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to join a growing care organisation and help manage a medium sized nursing home near Stevenage. This role offers a comparative salary of £85,000+ per annum, with an outstanding bonus structure and potential earnings of over £100,000 and progression. You'll also enjoy a generous holiday allowance and the opportunity to progress and grow within the company

As a Nursing Home Manager you will:

Contribute to forming and heading a a team
Keep profit and loss within budget
Oversee daily operations and management of the homePackage and Benefits:

The Nursing Home Manager package includes:

Annual salary of £85,000 which is negatable + Welcome Bonus and KPI Bonus
35 Days (including Bank holidays)
Company Sick Pay   
Employer Pension Contributions

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
Nurse Qualified is preferable
Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
Excellent management skills.
