Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a construction or fencing background looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee commercial and residential projects from planning to completion within a well-established company providing the autonomy to make the role your own as you work on projects around the South West of the UK and South Wales ?
This company provide Fencing solutions within the Commercial and Residential sectors, across the South East of England and South Wales, they are a family run business that have been operating for 34+ years and seen continual growth year on year. They specialise in the planning, estimating and installation of various fencing projects, and are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in construction and management to oversee ongoing projects.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through daily visits to sites, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior management. You will work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across the south west of England and the south of Wales.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager from a construction and management background or similar, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established family run company who offer the opportunity to make the role your own.

The Role:
* End to end project management
* Carry out site visits- primarily based across the South of England and The south of Wales
* Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site
* 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

The Person:
* Contracts Manager or similar
* Construction or fencing background
* Commutable to Chippenham
* Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving Licence
