Job Title: Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Central People Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality transactional processing and query resolution for our colleagues and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue new contracts, employee offer letters, and probation letters to name a few.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on all Right to Work and onboarding documents.
  • Run various reports and support different projects across the business.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support on basic HR queries, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Update and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate colleague data.
  • Respond to requests and carry out transactions to deliver the full employee life cycle.
  • Act as a member of the colleague helpdesk team, taking calls and resolving people, process, and system type queries.
  • Work with payroll and systems and solutions teams to resolve colleague queries.
  • Manage and prioritize personal workload to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR experience is essential.
  • Experience working at a similar level within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and comfortable working with multiple systems.
  • Sound data interrogation skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Able to liaise effectively with peers to organize and share work priorities.
  • A common sense and pragmatic approach.
  • Desire to provide colleagues with a great customer experience.
  • Ability to follow process, procedure, and make decisions to resolve issues while staying within legislation.
