As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, bids, and RFPs. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts for transactions of varying complexity.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the multi-functional team on the most appropriate commercial direction for each opportunity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, internal and external clients, and other business connections.
  • Act as the contract focal point for the Customer and Programme Team for all contractual matters on relevant programmes.
  • Lead In-Life Contract Management activities for customer contracts.
  • Manage and administer the entire contract lifecycle for the programmes you support.
Requirements
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to challenge the team and seek alternative solutions.
  • Proven track record in negotiation of contracts of various complexity.
  • Project Management, Risk Management, and Claims Management experience.
  • Contractual drafting experience.
