What will you be doing?

* Taking a hands-on, proactive approach to quality, you’ll work closely with management, production, and other departments to maintain and improve quality standards across the business.

* You'll liaise with both customers and suppliers, helping to resolve internal and external issues that arise within the project and the daily operations.

* Utilising core quality skills, you’ll collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

* Working closely with clients on a major project, you’ll focus heavily on New Product Introduction (NPI) processes such as APQP and PPAP.

* Conducting proactive internal audits to ensure continuous process improvement.

Who are we looking for?

* A well-rounded, driven Quality Engineer with a proactive approach to quality, who enjoys engaging with the shop floor and getting hands-on within the business.

* Adaptable and flexible, you’ll thrive in a diverse environment where no two days are the same.

* Strong understanding of core quality tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, PPAP, APQP, SPC, CAPA) is highly desirable.

* A passion for learning and improving both your skillset and business processes.

* Experience in regulated industries such as Automotive, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Subsea, or Precision Machining.
